Here is an example of a router that will not be a good choice for routing aluminum door frames. Note the location of the two handles as well as the on/off switch. This type of router forces you to let go of a handle to turn it on or off. Not a good idea for safety when holding the router on a frame. This is best left to the wood working industry.
