Used to install the strike opening required for the Adams Rite Hook Bolt lock. This template will accurately route a factory designed opening as shown in the Adams Rite template book. Simply locate the vertical center line of the door jamb and also where the bolt makes contact with the frame, attach to the jamb with the included tec screws. All that is left to do is route out the opening. Template is machined from aluminum and anodized. Requires the use of a router equipped with a 3/8” outside diameter template guide and 1/4” diameter router bit and will work on both offset and center hung doors.
