Cylinder drive cam for Medeco mortise cylinder. (NOT IC). Not included in Extend-A-Cylinder kit. Proper length cam screws included with driver. Driver will work for all Extend-A-Cylinder length kits. The completed extended cylinder requires the use of a KABA ILCO cam. The original manufacturers cam will no longer fit.
